OPENING HOURS  

 The surgery is open from:
8.30am - 1pm   &
2.00- 6pm    Mon-Friday.
Please telephone during these hours for an appointment.  The doctors will normally be available to speak to patients between 11.30-12pm

Out of hours emergenciesare covered by a co-operative of doctors (Camdoc). Out of hours please ‘phone (01223) 464242. If you need immediate medical help, phone 999.

Disabled Access
We have wheelchair access at the surgery. We also have a hearing loop. Please speak to the receptionist if you need help.

Out of Hours

Out of hours (OOH) urgent problems are covered by a co-operative of doctors (Camdoc).

If you telephone the surgery out of hours you will be given this number on the answer phone.

At the co-operative a trained operator will take your message and ask the doctor to ‘phone you back to give advice, arrange for you to be seen at the emergency surgery at Chesterton Hospital, Union Lane, Cambridge, or organise for a doctor to visit you as appropriate.

Please remember that the Primary Care Trust is responsible for organising out of hours care. The service is designed to provide quality care only for emergency health needs that arise when the surgery is closed. Please be aware your records are not routinely available to the OOH service.
